Business Development Executive (Field Sales)

You will be joining Hygiene Fresh, a global leader in innovative hygiene solutions, as a Business Development Executive. Your role will involve driving the growth of Hygiene Fresh's presence in your assigned region by building strong customer relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and delivering exceptional service. **Key Responsibilities:** - Identify and convert new business opportunities in your assigned region. - Promote and sell Hygiene Fresh's hygiene and air care solutions to B2B clients (offices, hospitality, healthcare, retail, etc.). - Meet and exceed monthly sales targets. - Schedule client visits, presentations, and demonstrations. - Maintain long-term relationships with clients to ensure recurring business. - Monitor market trends, competitor activity, and customer feedback. - Collaborate with internal departments to ensure timely delivery and customer satisfaction. **Candidate Requirements:** - Experience: 1-3 years in Sales, FMCG, or Hygiene Industry. - Strong communication and negotiation skills in Malayalam and English. - Must be target-driven, self-motivated, and proactive. - Willing to travel within assigned location (Thrissur, Calicut, Malappuram, or Palakkad). - Must own a two-wheeler and hold a valid driving license. - Basic computer proficiency (MS Office, Email) preferred.
