Job Summary:

We are looking for a Business Development Executive based in Berhampur & Sambalpur for a field-focused sales role. The ideal candidate should be from Berhampur or Sambalpur and comfortable with daily field visits to generate leads, meet clients, and grow the business locally.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct daily field visits to identify and meet potential clients.
• Generate leads and convert them into business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Understand and analyze the local market trends.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and report daily sales activities.

Requirements:

• Must be from Berhampur or Sambalpur.

• 0–2 years of experience in sales/marketing (freshers with strong communication skills are welcome).

• Willingness to do regular fieldwork.

• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Self-motivated and target-oriented.
