Conduct on-site demos of the Nadi Tarangini device at clinics, wellness centers, and events. 2 Provide training to doctors and clinic staff on how to use the device and app effectively. 3 Offer first-level technical support and troubleshooting for device-related issues. 4 Collect feedback from users and share with internal product/support teams. 5 Coordinate with the sales and customer success team to ensure smooth onboarding and usage. 6 Maintain records of visits, demos conducted, and customer feedback. 7 Ensure customer satisfaction by resolving operational concerns quickly. 8 Educate practitioners on the benefits and features of the product, app, and reports.Role & responsibilities 1) Previous exposure to device-based solutions (IoT/Medical Devices) is a plus. 2) Knowledge of CRM tools or field tracking software.
