Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Sourcing

  • Identify and develop new business leads through online platforms, social media, networking events, and referrals.
  • Maintain and regularly update a comprehensive database of potential clients, investors, and partners.

Client Relationship Management

  • Engage with prospective clients to understand their property requirements and preferences.
  • Coordinate site visits, meetings, and timely follow-ups to enhance client experience and conversion.

Sales & Business Development

  • Support the sales team in achieving revenue targets by nurturing and converting leads into opportunities.
  • Assist in negotiations, closures, and documentation processes to ensure seamless transactions.

Presentation & Proposals

  • Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to clients, partners, and internal stakeholders.
  • Develop impactful proposals, brochures, and marketing materials to strengthen sales pitches.

Market Research & Analysis

  • Conduct research on competitors, market trends, and pricing strategies to identify opportunities.
  • Provide actionable insights and reports to management for informed strategic planning.

Coordination with Internal Teams

  • Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to execute campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Facilitate smooth communication between clients and internal departments to ensure service excellence.

Reporting

  • Prepare and submit regular reports on lead status, conversion rates, and sales activities to management.

Key Skills & Competencies

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong presentation, persuasion, and negotiation abilities.
  • Good understanding of real estate markets and trends (preferred).
  • Proficiency in MS Office (especially PowerPoint, Excel, and Word).
  • Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a passion for sales and business development.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
