About Us:

Business Development Executive


Key Responsibilities:

Lead & Call Management

  • Handle all inbound business calls and provide detailed information about our pilot training programs.
  • Manage and follow up on leads efficiently to ensure high conversion rates.
  • Conduct lead qualification, nurture leads, and maintain updated records across all lead sources.


CRM & Data Management

  • Effectively use CRM tools to track leads, maintain pipelines, and update lead statuses.
  • Ensure accuracy of lead sources and maintain proper categorization of inquiries.
  • Generate reports and insights to support strategic decision-making.


Brand Representation & Outreach

  • Digitally represent Felix Pilot Training Institute across platforms, ensuring consistent and professional brand communication.
  • Visit and represent the brand in

    schools, colleges, aviation fairs, seminars, and industry events

    to create awareness and generate student leads.
  • Build strong relationships with educational institutions, agencies, and partners.


Travel & Field Responsibilities

  • Be willing to travel across regions for business meetings, collaborations, and event participation.
  • Conduct on-ground marketing activities, including presentations, seminars, and exhibitions.


Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or any relevant field.
  • Freshers are also welcome

    to apply.
  • Strong communication skills (verbal & written).
  • Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office Suite.
  • Digital marketers, content creators, or video editors will have an added advantage.

  • Multilingual candidates (Tamil, English, Hindi, Malayalam, Telugu, etc.) will have a strong advantage

    in communication and outreach.
  • Willingness to travel for business purposes.
  • Preferred: Experience in aviation, education, or training sectors.
