Key Responsibilities:

  • Customer Acquisition & Development:

    • Strengthen and expand the companys client base through proactive business development initiatives.
  • Relationship Management:

    • Maintain strong, long-term relationships with key clients and partners.
    • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through prompt communication and service follow-up.
    • Address client inquiries and provide tailored solutions based on their business needs.
  • Distribution & Channel Development:

    • Develop, monitor, and manage distribution networks effectively.
    • Support dealers/distributors in achieving business growth and ensuring smooth supply chain operations.
  • Market Research & Analysis:

    • Conduct detailed market research to identify trends, competitors, and new business opportunities.
    • Analyze market data and feedback to support strategic decision-making.
    • Prepare and present reports on business development performance and market insights.
  • Business Growth & Strategy:

    • Collaborate with management to develop business plans, promotional strategies, and expansion initiatives.
    • Participate in business meetings, trade fairs, and exhibitions to promote company products.
