We are looking for a Business Development Executive with a minimum of 1-2 years of experience working with Software Services companies in the International Market, preferably the USA. Department: Business development Project Location(s): Bibwewadi, Pune Education: Graduate / BE / MBA Compensation: 1-2 Years Responsibilities Preparing RFIs and RFPs Preparing Project understanding Documents Project co-ordination with technical team Project management Maintaining customer relationships. Identifying future growth potential and developing strategies to achieve this. Maintaining customer relationships. Ability to navigate to the Decision Maker Strong individual contributor as well as a team player Maintain high standards of discipline in updating sales enquiries Ability to self-motivate, multi-task and work independently or within a team of peers Skills/Experience 1-2 years experience with Software Services companies in the International Market preferably USA Should be a Graduate / BE / MBA with 1 to 2 years of experience in business development / cold calling / international sales / e-mail Marketing / Digital Marketing. Interested in cold calling, pitching to the right person in the US (CXOs), fixing appointments. Strong English communication skills, both verbal and written, neutral English accent is desired Should have experience in Online Marketing Expertise in lead generation from various sources and Closures. Should be well versed on LinkedIn and acquiring stakeholders. Telemarketing skills including the ability to engage in meaningful conversations with prospective customers in the International market. Passionate towards sales, willing to take challenges and meet sales targets consistently. Should be able to understand IT Service/Products development.
