Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach.
• Generate qualified leads via various online and offline channels.
• Engage in client communication to understand project requirements and deliver suitable solutions.
• Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and business presentations to prospective clients.
• Manage client accounts to ensure successful delivery and long-term engagement.
• Collaborate with the marketing and technical teams to align sales strategies with company goals.
• Maintain CRM systems and regularly update client interactions and follow-ups.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Required Skills and Qualifications

• 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role in the IT or digital services industry.
• Proven experience in lead generation and new client acquisition.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to understand technical offerings and translate them into client solutions.
• Proficient in tools such as MS Office, CRM software, LinkedIn, etc.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
