Job Title:

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities for ERP software through research, networking, and outreach.
Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential clients, highlighting ERP features and business benefits.
Understand client requirements and provide tailored ERP solutions.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring high customer satisfaction.
Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.
Coordinate with the technical and implementation teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.
Keep track of sales activities, leads, and opportunities using CRM tools.

Key Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
Fresher or 1 –4 years of experience in ERP sales, software sales, or B2B sales (freshers can apply with strong aptitude).
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
Strong presentation and demonstration skills.
Ability to understand business processes and suggest ERP solutions accordingly.
Self-motivated, result-oriented, and target-driven.
Familiarity with CRM tools is a plus.
