Role Overview

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and generate qualified leads through online research, cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and networking.
• Develop and maintain a database of potential clients in manufacturing, import/export, and testing sectors.
• Conduct outreach campaigns to introduce ERA Global’s certification and compliance solutions.
• Schedule and coordinate client meetings for detailed discussions and proposal presentations.
• Collaborate with the technical and sales teams to develop customized solutions for client requirements.
• Track and analyze lead conversion rates, reporting regularly on progress and challenges.
• Stay informed about market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory updates to identify new business opportunities.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or Engineering.
• 1–3 years of experience in business development, preferably in certification, compliance, or B2B services.
• Proven experience in

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Self-motivated, result-oriented, and comfortable working with monthly targets.
