POSITION SUMMARY
Drive revenue generation through lead generation, client acquisition, and relationship management in assigned territory/sector. Support proposal development and achieve individual revenue targets of Rs.8-12 Crores annually while building expertise in specialized cluster development areas.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead Generation & Prospecting
- Identify and qualify potential clients in assigned territory/sector
- Research market opportunities and develop target client lists
- Conduct cold outreach through calls, emails, and networking
- Generate 20-25 qualified leads monthly through various channels
- Maintain comprehensive database of prospects and market intelligence
- Participate in industry events, trade shows, and networking forums
- Build referral networks and strategic partnerships
- Track and analyze lead generation effectiveness
Client Acquisition & Relationship Building
- Conduct client meetings and needs assessment sessions
- Develop customized solutions based on client requirements
- Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders
- Manage client communication throughout sales cycle
- Coordinate site visits and technical discussions
- Handle objections and competitive situations
- Ensure smooth handover to delivery teams post-contract
- Maintain regular follow-up with existing clients
Proposal Development & Support
- Collaborate with Business Support team for proposal development
- Gather client requirements and technical specifications
- Support pricing discussions and commercial negotiations
- Participate in proposal presentations and client meetings
- Ensure compliance with tender requirements and timelines
- Coordinate with technical teams for solution development
- Review and approve proposal content within authority limits
- Track proposal status and follow-up for decisions
Sales Process & Pipeline Management
- Maintain an accurate sales pipeline in CRM system
- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts
- Monitor performance against individual and team targets
- Analyze sales metrics and identify improvement areas
- Support team meetings and knowledge sharing sessions
- Participate in training and skill development programs
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitive landscape
- Contribute to process improvement initiatives
Market Intelligence & Reporting
- Gather market intelligence and competitor information
- Prepare sector-specific market reports and insights
- Share client feedback and market trends with team
- Support business planning and strategy development
- Maintain knowledge of government policies and schemes
- Track regulatory changes affecting target sectors
- Contribute to marketing collateral and case study development

Essential Requirements:
Education:
B.Tech/B.E. + MBA/PGDM (Marketing/Sales preferred) OR B.Tech with 5+ years experienceExperience:
5-8 years in B2B sales with 3+ years in EPC/Infrastructure/ConsultingSales Performance:
Track record of achieving Rs.5+ Crores annual sales targetsIndustry Knowledge:
