 Job Description: Business Development Executive/Manager (BDE/BDM) / Sales  
 Engineer   Company: Entrar Access Technologies UK Ltd.   Locations: Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad, Delhi, Mumbai   Role Overview   Entrar Access Technologies UK Ltd is seeking dynamic and results-driven professionals   for the roles of Business Development Executive, Business Development Manager, and   Sales Engineer. Successful candidates will be based in Chennai, Bengaluru, Hyderabad,   Delhi, or Mumbai, and will have 2-3 years of sales experience in the hardware or   building materials industry, preferably with expertise in access solutions. Previous   experience in business development and customer relationship management is highly   valued.  (Freshers are also welcome for the bangalore location) Key Responsibilities   Generate new business opportunities by engaging with architects, contractors,   consultants, and project heads.   Conduct detailed client and sales interactions, including thorough follow-ups   with potential and existing clients.   Identify and understand customer requirements to provide tailored product   solutions.   Present proposals, negotiate deals, and ensure successful closure of sales.   Maintain accurate records, reports, and databases relating to client   requirements and ongoing projects.    Consistently achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.   Qualifications & Skills    2-3 years of sales experience in the hardware/building materials industry (access   solutions preferred).     Bachelorers degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred).   Strong communication (verbal and written) and presentation skills.     Proven experience in B2B sales, channel/account management, or sales   engineering.    Exceptional organizational and time management abilities.   Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team-oriented   environment.
