As a Business Development Executive (BDE) at our company, you will be part of a dynamic team that values growth and motivation. Whether you are a fresh graduate looking for an internship or an experienced professional seeking a full-time position, this role offers you the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in sales, client management, and business strategy, contributing significantly to the company's growth. **Roles & Responsibilities:** - Identify, research, and pursue new business opportunities through lead generation, networking, and market research. - Build and maintain strong client relationships to ensure long-term partnerships. - Assist in preparing proposals, presentations, and pitches for potential clients. - Support client outreach via calls, emails, and meetings. - Conduct competitor and market analysis to support sales strategies. - Collaborate with marketing and operations teams to align business goals. - Maintain accurate records of sales activities, leads, and opportunities. - Meet assigned targets and contribute to overall team success. **Qualifications Required:** - Education: BBA, MBA (preferred). Other Graduates (BCA, MCA, B.sc (IT/CS) B.Com, B.Sc, B.Tech, etc.) with relevant business development / sales / marketing skills may also apply. - Excellent communication (verbal & written) and interpersonal skills. - Strong negotiation and presentation abilities. - Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and in a team. - Familiarity with MS Office, basic computer & internet skills, CRM tools, and digital platforms will be an added advantage. For the full-time role, you can expect: - Salary ranging from 1.2 LPA to 3.00 LPA based on qualifications & years of experience. - Performance-based incentives & bonuses. - Travel allowance (if applicable). - Probation period of 3-6 months for freshers based on the interview. - Induction program, training & growth opportunities. For the internship position, the details are as follows: - Stipend ranging from 0/5,000 to 5,000/10,000 per month based on experience, skills, and performance. - Internship Certificate upon completion. - Internship duration of 2-6 months for freshers/students based on the interview. - Pre-Placement Offer (PPO) opportunity for top performers. - Hands-on exposure to real business development activities. **Incentives:** - 5-10% of incentives are separate for every lead/sale on a monthly basis for the B2B and B2C. **Terms & Conditions:** - Probation period: 36 months for full-time employees. - Internship duration: Minimum 2-6 months. - Professional conduct and adherence to company policies are mandatory. - Strict confidentiality of client data and company information. - All work completed during tenure will remain the company's intellectual property. - Non-performance or violation of terms may lead to termination. - Minimum 6 months of job work is mandatory for full-time employees with a one-month notice period for resignation, failing which a penalty may be imposed.
