                       Sheohar, near Muzaffarpur (Patna), Bihar

Location: Work From Home

Duration: 6 Months (Internship)

Stipend: Performance-based

Job Summary:

We are looking for dynamic and motivated individuals to join our team as Business Development Executive (BDE) Interns. This opportunity is ideal for students or recent graduates who are passionate about business development, communication, and outreach. Selected interns will play an important role in expanding our organizational footprint, building partnerships, and engaging new stakeholders across India.

Eligibility:

• Pursuing or completed a Bachelor's/Master’s degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing,      Agriculture, Management preferred).

• Comfortable using basic digital tools (Google Suite, MS Office, Email, CRM tools).

• Prior experience in sales, marketing, or campus leadership roles is an added advantage.

Competencies Required:

•       Strong communication and interpersonal skills

•       Negotiation Skills

•       Passion for agri-business and rural development

•       Basic knowledge of agri-inputs and farming practices is preferred


Roles and Responsibilities:

•   Identify and connect with potential partners including institutions, student communities, and professional networks.

•       Assist in developing and executing outreach and engagement strategies.

•       Conduct research on market trends, competitor activities, and stakeholder needs.

•       Promote organizational initiatives and services through online/offline communication.

•       Build and manage relationships with prospects, converting interest into action.

•       Maintain organized records of leads, follow-ups, and outcomes.

•       Report weekly progress and share actionable insights to improve outreach.
