Job Summary As a Business Development Executive, you will be responsible for driving sales and generating revenue by promoting and selling Digital Marketing products and services to potential clients. You will identify new business opportunities, build and maintain relationships with clients, and provide marketing solutions to meet their needs. Your goal is to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the company. Key Responsibilities Identify and pursue new sales opportunities through assigned leads Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients. Understand client needs and provide right solutions and services. Prepare and deliver product demonstrations. Negotiate sales deals to achieve or exceed sales targets. Collaborate with the technical team to ensure successful implementation of IT solutions. Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and new products/services. Provide excellent customer service and support throughout the sales process and beyond. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions in the CRM system. Basic Skills and Requirements Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field. Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills Technical Knowledge: Basic understanding of IT products and services, including software, hardware, and networking solutions. Sales Acumen: Strong sales and negotiation skills; ability to close deals and meet sales targets. Customer Focus: Ability to understand client needs and provide services and solutions. Problem-Solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to handle objections and find effective solutions. Self-Motivation: Highly motivated and target-driven; ability to work independently and as part of a team. Organization: Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities. Tech Savvy: Proficiency in using CRM software, MS Office Suite, and other sales tools. Preferred Qualifications Freshers can apply, Experience in B2B sales and account management. Knowledge of the latest IT trends and technologies. Additional certifications in sales or IT .
