Business Development Executive

Location: IIT Kanpur

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive who will be responsible for driving business growth, establishing client relationships, and representing our products and capabilities in both domestic and international markets.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and engage with potential clients, government agencies, space startups, and industry stakeholders.
• Develop and maintain strong business relationships to generate leads, partnerships, and sales.
• Drive collaborations with satellite manufacturers, launch service providers, defense vendors, and research institutions.
• Understand technical offerings (e.g., satellite thrusters, docking mechanisms, autonomous systems) and effectively communicate their value.
• Represent the company at aerospace expos, conferences, and networking events.
• Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry requirements.
• Prepare business proposals, pitch decks, presentations, and sales reports.
• Coordinate with internal teams (technical, R&D, marketing) for proposal alignment and delivery timelines.
• Manage CRM systems and maintain records of business opportunities and follow-ups.

Requirements:

Bachelors/Masters degree in relevant field.

1-2 years of experience in Business Development Role ( aerospace company experience is a plus).

Proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills.

Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.
