Location: IIT Kanpur Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic Business Development Executive who will be responsible for driving business growth, establishing client relationships, and representing our products and capabilities in both domestic and international markets. Key Responsibilities: Identify and engage with potential clients, government agencies, space startups, and industry stakeholders. Develop and maintain strong business relationships to generate leads, partnerships, and sales. Drive collaborations with satellite manufacturers, launch service providers, defense vendors, and research institutions. Understand technical offerings (e.g., satellite thrusters, docking mechanisms, autonomous systems) and effectively communicate their value. Represent the company at aerospace expos, conferences, and networking events. Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry requirements. Prepare business proposals, pitch decks, presentations, and sales reports. Coordinate with internal teams (technical, R&D, marketing) for proposal alignment and delivery timelines. Manage CRM systems and maintain records of business opportunities and follow-ups. Requirements: Bachelors/Masters degree in relevant field. 1-2 years of experience in Business Development Role ( aerospace company experience is a plus). Proficiency in Microsoft Office. Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills. Ability to multitask and handle confidential information with integrity.
