Generate and qualify leads through multiple channels (LinkedIn, emails/calls, references, etc.) Present our services confidently across areas. Create customized pitches and proposals based on client needs Conduct client meetings and demos to understand requirements and propose solutions Maintain and update the CRM system for lead tracking and pipeline management. Collaborate with internal teams (tech, design, marketing) to ensure seamless delivery Meet and exceed monthly sales and outreach targets Requirements 2+ years of experience in B2B business development or client acquisition in the IT/software/digital marketing industry Strong communication and persuasion skills Ability to understand and communicate tech solutions in simple business terms Experience with tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator, email automation, CRM, etc. Self-driven, with a proactive and goal-oriented mindset Show more Show less
