Job Description

We are seeking an experienced and result-oriented Business Development Executive with a minimum of 1 to 3 years of experience in academic/course/counseling sales, preferably from the EdTech or training industry. Only Pune-based candidates will be considered.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Counseling & Sales Consultation

    : Understand candidate needs and career goals to suggest appropriate digital marketing programs, with a strong focus on closing the sale.
  • Course Promotion & EdTech Sales

    : Effectively pitch course benefits, USPs, and success stories to drive

    student enrollments and achieve sales conversions

    .
  • Lead Follow-up & Sales Conversion

    : Maintain timely and strategic follow-ups with leads via calls, WhatsApp, and emails to

    maximize sales and close deals

    .
  • CRM-Based Sales Tracking

    : Accurately update and manage lead data, follow-up status, and sales-related communication in the CRM system.
  • Market Research for Sales Optimization

    : Stay informed about current trends in digital marketing and competitor offerings to tailor

    sales pitches and recommendations

    .
  • Target-Based Sales Performance

    : Consistently work towards monthly and quarterly

    student enrollment and revenue-based sales targets

    .


Key Skills & Qualifications:

  • Education:

     Bachelor's/Master's degree in any stream, preference for those with a background in Sales, Marketing, or Business Administration.
  • Experience:

     1–3 years in counseling, academic sales, course selling, or B2C sales in the education or training industry.


Skills:

  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Excellent convincing and counseling abilities
  • Target-driven and goal-oriented mindset
  • Proficient in CRM tools, MS Office, and email communication
  • Ability to handle objections and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Prior knowledge or interest in digital marketing is an added advantage


Eligibility Criteria:

  • Minimum 1 -3 year of experience in B2C/academic/course sales (mandatory).
  • Must be currently residing in Pune.
  • Immediate joiners or those with less than 15 days notice preferred
