Job Description

Development Logics is a digital-transformation and product-development company based in Dharamsala, offering web & mobile solutions, digital marketing, BPO services and the cloud-SaaS platform Nablle.

Nablle is our smart attendance & workforce-management platform - helping organisations automate time tracking, prevent proxy attendance, and optimise workforce productivity.

Role Overview

You will be responsible for driving growth across three key offerings:

  • The Nablle platform
  • Digital marketing services (SEO, PPC, social media, campaigns)
  • Software & web development services

You will identify, engage, and convert new clients, support relationship building, collaborate with internal teams, and help scale our service business and product adoption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Generate and qualify leads for Nablle, digital marketing and software development services.
  • Conduct demos and client-presentations of Nablle (attendance & workforce platform).
  • Prepare proposals, quotations, sales decks and follow-up communications in collaboration with marketing and delivery teams.
  • Maintain existing client relationships, identify upsell/cross-sell opportunities across services.
  • Collaborate with internal product, development and marketing teams to understand capabilities and craft tailored solutions.
  • Achieve quarterly sales targets; maintain accurate CRM records and pipeline.
  • Feedback market insights, competitor intelligence and client needs to help improve offerings.
  • Open to field visit

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT or related discipline.
  • 1-3 years of experience in B2B sales (software, SaaS, digital agency services preferred).
  • Should have 2 wheeler & a valid driving license
  • Ready to travel extensivley
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing and software development services.
  • Excellent communication (oral & written), presentation and negotiation skills.
  • Self-motivated, goal‐oriented, comfortable working in a fast-paced, growth-driven environment.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and sales processes is a plus.
