Log customer complaints accurately 4. Allot complaints to the appropriate department or personnel 5. Manage customer inquiries and queries across all communication channels 6. Possess a minimum qualification of 12th pass or be a graduate 7. Demonstrate excellent communication skills 8. Exhibit strong listening and problem-solving skills over email and telephone 9. Handle stress and pressure effectively in a complaint center environment 10. Manage large volumes of incoming calls, emails, and messages from multiple channels 11. Resolve customer complaints via phone and email 12. Have good knowledge of networking 13.
