We're a leading technology solutions provider seeking an experienced Business Manager to lead our System Integrators (SI) division. If you're a driven sales professional with a passion for networking, AV solutions, and data security, we'd love to hear from you!


Job Profile:


- Manage and grow a team of system integrators specializing in LAN networking, AV solutions, and data security

- Develop and execute sales strategies to drive business growth and revenue targets

- Build and maintain strong relationships with system integrators, understanding their needs and providing solutions

- Identify new business opportunities and expand existing relationships

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery of products and services

- Manage sales pipeline and forecast sales performance

Requirements:


- 2-3 years of experience in sales management, preferably in the IT/technology industry
