Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Executive located in Surat, with the flexibility of some work-from-home days. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, generating leads, building strong client relationships, managing accounts, and exploring markets to drive growth. The role requires collaboration with cross-functional teams to achieve company objectives and ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Experience in Business strategies and Account Management
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships in a professional environment
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently
• Knowledge in IT services and software development industry is an advantage
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred
