Game Development Internship

Role Overview: As an Intern at Daydreamsoft LLP, you will be responsible for designing and building games using the Unity engine for various platforms, including mobile, PC, console, or VR/AR. Key Responsibilities: - Design and build games using the Unity engine for mobile, PC, console, or VR/AR platforms. - Write clean, efficient, and reusable C# code for gameplay mechanics, UI, physics, animations, and AI. - Work closely with designers, artists, and developers to bring game concepts to life. - Optimize performance for different devices to ensure smooth gameplay and efficient memory usage. - Identify and fix bugs and glitches through rigorous testing and debugging. - Utilize tools like Git or Plastic SCM for project version management and team collaboration. - Implement third-party SDKs and APIs such as ads, analytics, or multiplayer services. - Rapidly prototype gameplay ideas to test feasibility and iterate based on feedback. - Maintain proper documentation of code, tools, and processes for scalability and team onboarding. - Stay updated with the latest Unity updates, tools, and best practices.
