Website: www.dataman.in Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and support the growth of our client base. This is a sales-focused role involving B2B outreach, client engagement, and promoting our software solutions to prospective customers. Responsibilities Identify potential leads through research, cold calling, and networking Develop new business opportunities by reaching out to prospective clients Engage with decision-makers to understand client needs and propose solutions Conduct product/service presentations and software demonstrations Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals and RFP responses Maintain and update the company’s prospect database and CRM Ensure follow-ups and maintain healthy client relationships Attend industry events, exhibitions, and promotional activities Cross-sell and up-sell to existing clients through outbound calls and emails Meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth Qualifications MBA in Marketing, Sales, or a related field 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development Excellent verbal and written communication skills Proficient in lead generation, client outreach, and presentation skills Basic understanding of software/IT products and services Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools Strong interpersonal skills and a persuasive approach How to Apply: Send your updated CV to deepti.sharma@dataman.in Be a part of Dataman’s 34+ year legacy in technology and innovation.
