Job Summary

We are looking for a dynamic and goal-oriented Business Development Executive to identify new business opportunities, generate leads, and support the growth of our client base. This is a sales-focused role involving B2B outreach, client engagement, and promoting our software solutions to prospective customers.

Responsibilities

• Identify potential leads through research, cold calling, and networking
• Develop new business opportunities by reaching out to prospective clients
• Engage with decision-makers to understand client needs and propose solutions
• Conduct product/service presentations and software demonstrations
• Collaborate with technical teams to prepare proposals and RFP responses
• Maintain and update the company’s prospect database and CRM
• Ensure follow-ups and maintain healthy client relationships
• Attend industry events, exhibitions, and promotional activities
• Cross-sell and up-sell to existing clients through outbound calls and emails
• Meet sales targets and contribute to revenue growth

Qualifications

• MBA in Marketing, Sales, or a related field
• 1–5 years of experience in B2B sales or business development
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Proficient in lead generation, client outreach, and presentation skills
• Basic understanding of software/IT products and services
• Proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with CRM tools
• Strong interpersonal skills and a persuasive approach
