Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role based in Gurugram, offering flexibility to work from home on certain days. The Business Development Executive will be responsible for identifying and nurturing new business opportunities, generating leads, and driving client acquisition. Duties also include managing client accounts, building strong relationships, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The role involves frequent client interaction, market research, and collaborative efforts with internal teams to achieve growth targets.

Qualifications

• Expertise in New Business Development and Lead Generation
• Experience in Account Management and Business Operations
• Strong Communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team and independently with minimal supervision
• Proficiency in using CRM software and other tools for business tracking and reporting is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Prior experience in corporate mobility or transportation solutions is advantageous
