Role Overview:

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming leads generated through various channels
• Qualify leads based on set parameters and business requirements
• Understand customer needs and recommend suitable Cult.fit services
• Maintain and update lead status on CRM tools or internal dashboards
• Build, track, and manage daily, weekly, and monthly lead reports
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth handover and follow-up
• Achieve daily and monthly qualification/conversion targets

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• 1–2 years of experience in business development, inside sales, or lead qualification
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Detail-oriented with a data-driven approach to tracking performance
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a dynamic work environment
• A positive, go-getter attitude with a passion for wellness and fitness is a plus
