Job Description

Make outbound calls to campaign- and ad-generated leads, qualify them based on defined criteria, and hand over interested prospects to the sales team for further engagement.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct high-volume outbound calls to generated leads.
  • Assess leads on interest, budget, authority, and timing.
  • Record call outcomes and document lead status.
  • Arrange follow-ups or directly transfer hot leads to sales.

Key Skills:

  • Clear verbal communication and active listening.
  • Organised with reliable data entry/documentation.
  • Target-driven with ability to meet call and qualification targets.

Preferred candidate profile:

  • 1-2 years in telecalling, cold calling, or lead qualification
  • Clear verbal communication and active listening.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month
