About the Role:

Business Development Executive


Responsibilities:

🔹 Prospect & Lead Generation

  • Communicate with parents to understand their learning requirements and schedule demo sessions.
  • Conduct cold calling to reach out to potential clients and generate interest in our programs.
  • Present and sell courses to parents based on their child’s academic goals.
  • Understand client needs to offer customized and effective learning solutions.


🔹 Client Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing parents/students.
  • Provide continuous support and follow-ups to ensure high conversion and satisfaction.
  • Ensure a smooth experience throughout the admission process.


🔹 Sales & Revenue Growth

  • Meet and exceed monthly sales and revenue targets.
  • Convert demo sessions into enrollments through persuasive communication.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to improve student experience and retention.


🔹 Market Awareness & Reporting

  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor offerings, and pricing strategies.
  • Maintain accurate records of leads, follow-ups, and conversions in CRM.
  • Prepare regular sales and performance reports for management.


Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (Master’s degree preferred).
  • Minimum

    1 year of experience

    in Business Development, Sales, or a similar role (EdTech experience preferred).
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, CRM systems, and client engagement strategies.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment.
