We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving B2B sales in the construction, agriculture, and general industrial segments, expanding our customer base, and ensuring seamless financial processing for our range of paints, specialty chemicals, and allied products. This role demands excellent communication skills, a knack for stakeholder influence, and a strategic mindset focused on achieving and exceeding sales targets. ________________________________________ Key Responsibilities B2B Sales & Customer Acquisition: Identify, qualify, and onboard new leads and clients Build and maintain strong customer relationships to drive repeat business Make outbound calls and follow up on leads to boost conversion Maintain a structured customer database for both potential and existing clients Financial Processing: Ensure timely and accurate financial transactions, including receipts and payments, in line with company policies Sales Target Achievement: Plan and execute effective sales strategies to meet or exceed monthly/quarterly targets Customer & Distribution Network Management: Develop and support a growing network of customers and distribution partners Customer Engagement: Visit clients as per the Customer Visit Plan, follow up regularly, and strengthen brand presence Stakeholder Management: Address customer concerns effectively and build long-term trust across decision-makers Product Knowledge & Sales Pitch: Gain in-depth understanding of our products and communicate their value proposition convincingly ________________________________________ Key Competencies & Skills Proven track record in achieving B2B sales/revenue targets preferred (not mandatory) Exposure to OEM, industrial sales, or key account management Excellent communication and negotiation skills Proactive, self-motivated, and result-oriented Strong problem-solving capabilities Prior experience in liquid/powder coating, paints, or chemical industries preferred (not mandatory) ________________________________________ Educational Qualifications UG: Any Graduate PG: MBA/PGDM (preferred, not mandatory) ________________________________________ Key Skills B2B Sales Industrial & OEM Sales Corporate Sales Strong Customer Engagement Strategic Selling Negotiation Interested candidates can email at ashok.kumar@coloriqindia.com or whatsapp +91-8699484078
