Job Description

Job Summary

Business Development Executive

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound calls to prospective students or parents.
Understand student needs, interests, and aspirations to recommend appropriate University/Colleges.
Provide detailed and accurate information about course structures, admission processes, fees, and financial aid (if applicable).
Follow up regularly with leads through calls, emails, and messages to maintain engagement.
Convert potential leads into successful admissions by guiding them through the entire enrollment journey.
Maintain and update student data and communication logs in the CRM system.
Collaborate with the marketing and academic teams to improve conversions and student experience.
Meet daily/weekly/monthly admission and revenue targets.

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in any field (Education or Counseling background preferred).
1–3 years of experience in counseling, inside sales, or student admissions (preferably in EdTech or Education industry).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong convincing and negotiation ability.
Empathy and patience in dealing with student/parent concerns.
Tech-savvy and comfortable using CRM and online communication tools.
Target-driven and self-motivated.
