Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven
Business Development Executive
with Up to 3 years of experience to join our team in Piplod, Surat. The ideal candidate should have a proven track record of generating leads, building client relationships, and achieving sales targets in the IT/software domain.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and generate new business opportunities via cold calling, email outreach, LinkedIn, and field visits.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and prospects.
Understand client requirements and present tailored software/service solutions.
Prepare proposals, negotiate deals, and close sales effectively.
Collaborate with the technical team to ensure smooth project delivery.
Maintain sales pipeline and regular follow-ups using CRM tools.
Attend networking events, conferences, or client meetings as needed.

Requirement:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or related field.
Minimum 2 years of experience in business development or sales, preferably in IT/software services.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Good knowledge of software services, CRMs, ERP, or web/mobile development is a plus.
Strong analytical and problem-solving mindset.
