Business Development Executive (Client Servicing) in Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the primary point of contact for assigned clients and understand their requirements clearly
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely and quality delivery
• Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh, creative ideas for client campaigns
• Prepare presentations, reports, and project documentation as needed
• Maintain strong follow-ups and meet deadlines even under pressure
• Proactively identify and resolve issues ensuring client satisfaction at every step

Requirements

• Graduate in any stream
• Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Exhibit a high level of ownership, accountability, and commitment
• Manage multitasking in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
• Maintain a positive attitude with a willingness to learn and grow
• Show proficiency in MS Office, including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
