Job Description

Marketing & Strategy: a. Identifying product line segments and markets. b. Building business relationships with current and potential clients prospects. c. Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support including responding to client requests for proposals RFPs. d. Creating informative concept and product segment presentations for customers/prospects, industry exhibits, trade shows, and conferences. e. Sourcing of Lab Chemicals & Dyes Products. Selling & Operations : a) Develop sales teams and provide leadership to secure, create, retain and grow accounts b) Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients; maintaining a database (Sales force, CRM, Excel, etc.) of prospective client information c) Generate inquiries then do qualifying and securing business opportunities. Coordinating business inquiries generation activities and developing customized targeted sales strategies. d) Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients; closing sales and working with the client through the closing process. e) Tracking all quotes for cold, active, inactive calls, appointments, and interviews; meeting or exceeding annual sales goals. Revenue Management: a) Collaborating with management on sales goals, planning, and forecasting; maintaining short- and long-term business development plans. b) Prepare sales budget, team and segment targets with customer wise break ups. c) Maintaining a pipeline of all sales administration using CRM software
