We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our Chandigarh, Indore and Lucknow team.
The role will focus on expanding company's footprint in the jewelry industry across Northern India, driving B2B business partnerships with jewelers, retailers, and manufacturers.
This position requires extensive travel to develop and manage client relationships while contributing to growth in the region.
Identify, develop, and manage new B2B business opportunities in the jewelry industry across Chandigarh and Northern India.
Build and maintain strong relationships with jewelers, retailers, wholesalers, and manufacturers.
Drive sales of certification, grading, and appraisal services.
Conduct client meetings, presentations, and negotiations to promote company's value proposition.
Stay updated on jewelry industry trends, market dynamics, and competitor activities.
Achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding and service delivery.
Represent company at industry events, exhibitions, and trade shows.
Willingness to travel extensively within the assigned territory.
Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
2–6 years of experience in business development / sales in the jewelry, luxury, or related industry.
Strong B2B client relationship management and negotiation skills.
Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
Self-motivated, target-oriented, and able to work independently.
Flexibility to travel frequently.
