Job Description

Role & responsibilities Tele-Calling Proactively connect with potential leads via phone to understand their specific property needs, preferences, and budget. Build rapport, provide relevant information about available listings, and ensure timely follow-ups to maintain client engagement and trust. Site Visits Coordinate appointments and accompany clients to property locations. Provide detailed explanations of property features, amenities, and advantages of the locality. Address client questions on-site and work to ensure a smooth, informative, and personalized visit experience. Digital Marketing Plan, design, and publish creative and informative content across various social media channels (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, etc.) to attract potential buyers and tenants. Collaborate with the team to run campaigns that boost visibility, brand awareness, and lead generation. Data Gathering Conduct thorough research to gather up-to-date information on various builders, their ongoing and upcoming projects, pricing, and features. Maintain a structured database that supports client recommendations and helps in comparative analysis. CRM Management Enter all client interactions, property details, and follow-up actions accurately into the CRM system. Regularly update records to reflect the latest status and ensure that all team members have access to reliable, real-time information for seamless operations. Preferred candidate profile Education: Bachelors degree in any discipline (Business, Marketing, Real Estate, or related fields preferred) Experience: 13 years of experience in real estate, customer service, sales, or tele-calling Experience with site visits, client interaction, or property sales is a plus Familiarity with CRM software and digital marketing tools preferred Skills: Excellent communication skills (verbal and written) in English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage Confident in making outbound calls and building rapport with clients Strong organizational and data management abilities Proactive and comfortable with fieldwork, including conducting site visits Social media savvy; able to create engaging posts and content Attention to detail for accurate data entry and CRM management Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment Personal Attributes: Friendly, approachable, and customer-focused Self-motivated and target-driven Willingness to learn and adapt Professional appearance and demeanor Other Requirements: Willingness to travel locally for site visits Own vehicle (preferred but not mandatory)
