● Understand the needs of professionals, guide them through the program options, and ensure a seamless enrollment process.
● Build and maintain relationships with potential learners through effective communication via phone calls, emails, and virtual meetings.
● Guide prospective students through the enrollment process, addressing their queries and providing detailed information about program benefits and career opportunities.
● Maintain an organized database of interested professionals and ensure timely follow-ups to maximize enrollments.
● Collaborate with the sales team and other departments to refine engagement strategies and optimize processes for higher education promotions.
● Minimum 1 year of experience in career counseling, academic advising, or sales within the higher education sector, specifically promoting UG and PG courses.
● Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with working professionals and university representatives.
● Proficient in CRM tools for reporting, documentation, and data analysis.
