1. Lead, manage, and motivate a team of counsellors to achieve admission targets
2. Provide UG/PG counselling to students and guide them in making informed career choices
3. Drive performance by implementing strategies for conversions and student engagement
4. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to streamline the counselling process
5. Track performance metrics and ensure the team meets defined goals
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Minimum 3–4 years of experience in team handling & UG/PG counselling
✅ Prior experience in the EdTech sector is mandatory
✅ Strong communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
✅ Ability to meet targets and manage a fast-paced environment
✅ Hands-on experience with CRM tools and counselling processes
