Key Responsibilities: 1. Lead, manage, and motivate a team of counsellors to achieve admission targets 2. Provide UG/PG counselling to students and guide them in making informed career choices 3. Drive performance by implementing strategies for conversions and student engagement 4. Collaborate with internal teams (sales, marketing, operations) to streamline the counselling process 5.
