Job Summary:
BuildX Interior Products Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Executive with 3+ years of experience to expand our business presence in Pune. The ideal candidate should have strong business development skills, a good understanding of the interior products or construction industry, and a passion for building long-term client relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
Identify and acquire new business opportunities within the interior design, construction, and architectural sectors.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with architects, builders, contractors, and interior designers.
Execute effective business development strategies to drive revenue growth.
Conduct market research to understand client requirements, competitor activities, and market trends.
Promote BuildX's interior products through client meetings, presentations, and networking.
Attend industry exhibitions, trade shows, and networking events to generate qualified leads.
Prepare and present business proposals, reports, and sales forecasts to management.
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely project execution and client satisfaction.
Requirements:
Minimum 3+ years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in interior products, furniture, or building materials.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
Proven track record of meeting or exceeding business development targets.
Willingness to travel within Pune as required.
