Project Lead

Key Responsibilities

• Lead, plan, and execute interior projects from initiation to handover.
• Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
• Prepare and monitor project timelines, budgets, and progress reports.
• Conduct regular site inspections to track work quality and compliance.
• Handle project documentation, approvals, and closure formalities.
• Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to ensure project success.
• Maintain strong client relationships by ensuring satisfaction and timely communication.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in interior project management.
• Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and industry standards.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
• Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver on deadlines.
• Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools (preferred).
