Job Summary

Project Lead

Key Responsibilities

Lead, plan, and execute interior projects from initiation to handover.
Coordinate with clients, architects, contractors, and vendors to ensure smooth execution.
Prepare and monitor project timelines, budgets, and progress reports.
Conduct regular site inspections to track work quality and compliance.
Handle project documentation, approvals, and closure formalities.
Troubleshoot issues and provide effective solutions to ensure project success.
Maintain strong client relationships by ensuring satisfaction and timely communication.

Qualifications & Skills

Bachelor’s degree in Interior Design, Architecture, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
3–5 years of relevant experience in interior project management.
Strong knowledge of interior materials, finishes, and industry standards.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
Ability to handle multiple projects and deliver on deadlines.
Proficiency in MS Office, AutoCAD, and project management tools (preferred).
