About the Role We are looking for a responsible and client-focused Business Development Executive to support the rental department in managing client interactions, payment follow-ups, and order coordination. This role involves working closely with the Business Head to ensure smooth rental operations, timely collections, and accurate stock reconciliations. The Rental Business Executive will play a key role in maintaining client relationships, ensuring compliance with rental guidelines, and supporting overall growth of the rental division. Key Responsibilities Handle client communication for rental enquiries and assist in order closing when required. Follow up with clients daily for partial and pending payments to ensure timely recovery. Collect cheques and submit them to the bank as per planned schedules. Support the sales and rental team by assisting in cheque collection and customer visits when needed. Conduct site or home visits to old outstanding customers as per the collection plan. Ensure new rental orders are processed smoothly in case of a team member’s absence. Participate in weekly review meetings to update recovery status and stock reconciliation. Physically verify stock at client sites on a weekly basis to ensure accuracy. Conduct at least two major client site visits every week to monitor rental materials. Submit bills, invoices, and related documents to site or office as required. Reconcile accounts with clients on a monthly basis to ensure zero discrepancies. Support the rental department in maintaining proper documentation and compliance with policies. Desired Candidate Profile Graduate in Commerce, Business Administration, or related field. Excel Knowledge must. 1–2 years of experience in rental operations, sales coordination, or client servicing. Strong communication and customer-handling skills. Knowledge of billing, collections, and reconciliation processes. Good organizational and multitasking abilities. Willingness to visit client sites regularly and ensure compliance. Proactive, responsible, and able to support a fast-paced rental business.
