What you’ll do Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and customer-focused Tourism Sales Executive to join our team. This role involves selling travel services directly to individual customers, handling end-to-end travel planning, and delivering exceptional service to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. The ideal candidate is passionate about travel, skilled in consultative selling, and thrives in a fast-paced, target-driven environment. Key Responsibilities: Respond to inbound inquiries via phone, email, and online platforms, converting them into confirmed bookings. Understand customer travel needs and preferences to provide tailored itinerary recommendations and travel solutions. Sell a range of travel products including flights, hotels, tours, transfers, travel insurance, and other services. Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets through upselling and cross-selling opportunities. Create detailed travel quotations and itineraries using booking systems and internal tools. Maintain accurate records of client interactions, bookings, and payments in the CRM system. Stay updated on destination knowledge, travel trends, visa requirements, and airline/hotel policies. Provide excellent post-sales support including documentation, itinerary updates, and customer queries. Follow up with clients after travel to gather feedback and encourage repeat business and referrals. Attend regular sales meetings and participate in training and product updates. Key Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business, or a related field (preferred). 2+ years of experience in B2C travel or tourism sales. Strong knowledge of global destinations, travel trends, and tourism products. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Proven ability to meet or exceed sales targets in a B2C environment. Proficiency in CRM software and booking platforms (e.g. Amadeus, Sabre, Galileo is a plus). High attention to detail and strong organizational skills. Customer-first mindset with a passion for delivering great experiences. Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, or evenings if required.
