Job Description

Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and Qualify Leads:Conduct market research, network, and use lead generation tools to find potential clients and prospects.
  • Build Client Relationships:Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
  • Develop Strategies:Create and implement sales strategies and growth plans to achieve revenue targets.
  • Prospecting and Sales Pitches:Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to showcase the company's products or services.
  • Market Analysis:Conduct market research and competitor analysis to inform sales strategies and identify new opportunities.
  • Collaboration:Work with internal teams (e.g., marketing, product development) to develop solutions and support the sales process.
  • Achieve Sales Targets:Manage and close deals to achieve set revenue and sales goals.

Essential Skills

  • Communication & Presentation:Excellent verbal and written communication skills to present complex ideas clearly and persuasively.
  • Analytical Skills:The ability to analyze market data, understand client needs, and develop strategic recommendations.
  • Relationship Building:Strong interpersonal skills to build rapport and trust with prospects and clients.
  • Sales & Negotiation:Proven ability to negotiate effectively to close deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Strategic Thinking:The capacity to develop and implement effective business development and sales strategies.
  • Self-Motivation:A results-oriented and self-motivated approach with a drive to exceed targets.

Qualifications

  • Education:A Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is often preferred.
  • Experience:Proven experience in sales, business development, or account management, particularly in B2B sales or specific industries like SaaS, is a strong asset.
  • Technical Skills:Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is typically required.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹18,500.00 - ₹35,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • Noida, Uttar Pradesh: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)
