Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify potential clients through market research and lead generation techniques.
  • Conduct outbound calls/emails to prospects and set up product demos.
  • Understand customer needs and pain points to offer tailored solutions.
  • Present Benepik’s solutions via online platforms (Zoom/Google Meet).
  • Collaborate with the marketing and customer success teams to improve lead quality and conversions.
  • Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Inside Sales, preferably in SaaS, HR Tech, or B2B sales.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong persuasion and negotiation skills
  • Self-motivated with a result-oriented mindset.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹700,000.00 - ₹800,000.00 per year
