Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through Upwork, LinkedIn, cold emailing, cold calling, social media, and inbound leads.
• Manage and respond to inbound leads from company website, campaigns, and online platforms.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare and deliver effective sales pitches, proposals, and presentations to prospective clients.
• Understand client requirements and collaborate with the technical team to deliver tailored solutions.
• Handle the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals.
• Research and identify potential industries, target markets, and new revenue streams.
• Meet and exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.
• Maintain an updated CRM with all sales activities, pipeline, and reports.
• Stay updated with IT industry trends, competitor activities, and client expectations.
