Business Development Executive (BDE)

We are immediately hiring a skilled and motivated Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our team and contribute to driving sales growth and expanding our client base.-

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through cold calling, networking, and online research.
• Generate leads and build long-term relationships with clients.
• Conduct meetings, deliver sales presentations, and pitch company services effectively.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to execute lead generation campaigns.
• Prepare and present proposals and quotations to prospective clients.
• Maintain a strong follow-up process to ensure client acquisition and satisfaction.
• Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
• Build a thorough understanding of company services and market trends.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
• Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related role (IT or digital marketing domain preferred).
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Strong client relationship management skills.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Immediate availability to join.
• Minimum qualification: +2 / Degree (Bachelor’s in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field preferred).
