Job Description

· Identify target segments, build prospect lists, and run outreach (calls, emails, social, field)

· Track market trends, pricing, competitor moves; propose tactical actions

· Maintain strong client relationships, upsell or cross sell, ensure repeat business

· Negotiate and close deals effectively.

· Monitor industry trends and competitor activity.

· Gather and analyze customer insights to improve offerings.

· Identify new markets and customer segments.

· Prepare business proposals, presentations, and pitches.

· Tailor communication to meet the specific needs of stakeholders

· Liaise with Operations, Marketing, Finance, and Front Office for seamless delivery

· Coordinate with revenue management for channel mix and promotions

· Maintain accurate CRM data, weekly/monthly forecasts, and performance dashboards

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month

Education:

  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (Required)

Experience:

  • Lead generation: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Marketing: 1 year (Preferred)

Language:

  • English (Preferred)

Work Location: In person
