Job Description:

We are looking for a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive (BDE) to join our growing sales team. The ideal candidate will have at least 2 years of experience in B2B sales, with strong expertise in cold calling, email marketing, and lead generation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and generate new business opportunities through cold calling, LinkedIn outreach, and email marketing.
• Engage with potential clients to understand their needs and pitch relevant services/solutions.
• Manage end-to-end sales cycle – from lead generation to deal closure.
• Maintain a database of leads, prospects, and sales activities using CRM tools.
• Schedule meetings and product demos for senior sales staff or managers.
• Collaborate with internal teams for proposal development, quotes, and client communication.
• Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets.

Key Skills Required:

• Strong experience in B2B sales
• Excellent cold calling and email marketing skills
• Familiarity with lead generation tools and CRM systems
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills
